Precision in forming is guaranteed by its 16 rows of forming rollers. Each roller, with an 80mm diameter and crafted from carbon steel 45#, offers exceptional wear resistance and rigidity, maintaining consistent shaping even after prolonged operation. The forming process is complemented by a high-performance cutting system: a Cr12 mov cutting blade (known for superior hardness and durability) powered by a 4kw hydraulic system, ensuring clean, precise cuts without damaging the color steel surface.
Efficiency and accuracy are enhanced by its technical configuration. A 5.5kw main motor provides stable power for the forming process, while the Delta PLC control system enables automated parameter adjustment, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring processing precision within 1.00mm—critical for meeting strict roofing installation standards.
Structural durability ensures long-term reliability. The machine’s side panels are 16mm thick, and its main structure is built with 350 H steel, offering strong load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation. Weighing approximately 5 tons and measuring 8.5m×1.6m×1.6m, it balances stability during operation with space efficiency for factory layouts.
